Recruitment for the free Programme of dedicated training and individual counselling for Hrubieszów entrepreneurs and their employees has begun.
The aim of the Programme is to provide training and counselling support to entrepreneurs based in or running a business on the territory of the city of Hrubieszów, planning their further development.
The proposed training and consultancy will be the result of an individual diagnosis of the development status, situation and condition as well as the potential of Programme Participants in the financial, market, internal processes and new products, services or technologies and the development needs of Programme Participants and their employees.
The programme is aimed at 15 enterprises with their registered office or conducting business activity in the territory of the city of Hrubieszów. Ultimately, 60 people will participate in the programme – owners and managers of enterprises (15 people) and their employees (45 people).
The new knowledge and competencies acquired as part of the programme will allow Programme Participants to confidently embark on a path of professional and economic development.
Recruitment continues until 11.08.2023.
Programme implementation period: from 11.07.2023 to 11.03.2024.
