Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 4.5.2016) – hereinafter referred to as RODO, we inform you that:

We would like to inform you that your personal data is processed for the purpose of subscribing to the Newsletter service, sending information regarding the activities of the Center by means of electronic communication.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data – Article 6(1)(a) RODO[1].
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country.
The period for which your personal data will be stored: until you revoke your consent.
We inform you that you have the right to:
access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
data portability,
lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority,
make a written, reasoned request to stop processing your data due to your particular situation;
object to the processing of your data when the Administrator intends to process them for marketing purposes or to the transfer of your personal data to another data controller;
obtain comprehensive information regarding:
the occurrence of your data in the Administrator’s files and the address of its headquarters,
The purpose, scope and manner of processing of the data contained in such files;
the state from when your data are processed in the filing system;
the possible source of obtaining the data;
the sharing of your data and, in particular, information about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are shared.
We inform you that:
your provision of personal data is voluntary.
Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
We further inform you that you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent can be done in the same form in which the consent was given. Withdrawal of consent, will result in removal of your email address from the distribution list of the “Newsletter” service.
