On 28 November 2023, a business meeting was held for the fifth time as part of the ‘Local Development’ Programme, financed by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.
The speaker at the meeting was Janusz Szewczuk, a strategic advisor and expert of the Association of Polish Cities, while on the legal side the meeting was supervised by Andrzej Dec, a solicitor a specialist in civil, commercial and inheritance law.
The main topic of the meeting was company succession, more precisely:
– The concept of business succession,
– Negative impacts of not implementing protective solutions,
– Testamentary and statutory succession,
– Bank bequests as a form of transfer,
– Legal and financial security options.
