The Mayor of Hrubieszow and the Director of the Creative Center for Education and Economic Cooperation in Hrubieszow are pleased to invite you to a business meeting within the framework of the “Local Development” Program financed by the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, which will be held on November 28, 2023 at 5 pm at Gniecki Hotel & Restaurant, 29 Kolejowa Street in Hrubieszow.
The main topic of the meeting organized in the form of a “Business Lunch” will be “Succession in the company”.
The program includes:
- The concept of succession of a company.
- Negative impacts of failure to implement protective solutions.
- Testamentary and statutory succession.
Bank bequest as a form of transfer of money. - Legal and financial security options.
The speaker of the meeting will be strategic advisor and expert of the Association of Polish Cities Janusz Szewczuk. Substantive care from the legal side will be provided by Attorney Andrzej Dec – a specialist in civil, commercial and inheritance law.
