On 28-31.08.2023, we had the extraordinary pleasure of hosting donors from the municipality of Elverum in Norway, who visited our beautiful city as part of a study visit, an important part of the project ‘Hrubieszow Local Development – from participation to implementation’.
The event brought a lot of inspiration and new perspectives. The main topic of discussion was the development of the Creative Centre for Education and Economic Cooperation. Thanks to the exchange of experiences, we were able to be inspired by Scandinavian ideas, which can now contribute to our local development.
